~ Partial revisions to the Noise and Vibration Control Act Enforcement Order ~

The Noise Control Law Enforcement Order (Showa 43 Cabinet Order No. 324) and the Vibration Control Law Enforcement Order (Showa 51 Cabinet Order No. 280) have been revised. (Effective from Reiwa 4/12/1)

The performance of air compressors has evolved, but since the standards of the Noise Control Act and the Vibration Control Act have not been revised for a long period of time, the Ministry of the Environment established a “review meeting relating to the review and examination of specific facilities based on the Noise Control Act and the Vibration Control Act,” and as a result of reviewing standards and proceeding with review meetings, regulatory revisions were reported.

Contents of the correction
