Measures against workplaces where work environment measurement results for workplaces that handle substances subject to special rules (specialization rules, organic rules, lead rules, dust rules, etc.) are required by law to be strengthened from April this year (Reiwa 6).

Control category 3 is a state where the health effects of target hazardous substances on workers cannot be ignored from work environment measurement results, and improvement measures are required, and until now, inspections have been carried out immediately, and measurements have been performed to confirm the effects after implementing necessary improvement measures based on the results, and it has been necessary to evaluate again. (Table ① to ⑤ -1 below)

As a result, shifting to a more appropriate first management division or second management division is a major factor in measuring the work environment
Although this is the purpose, there are also workplaces that have repeatedly become the 3rd management category.

In the current strengthening of measures, new obligations will be imposed on workplaces that have work places that have been evaluated as the 3rd control category again as a result of the improvement measures after the 3rd control category evaluation. (Table below ⑤ -2 to ⑬)

In this way, many new obligations will arise for workplaces that have workplaces that have become the 3rd management division.
However, it is a policy to reduce these obligations by implementing improvement measures and making them the first management division and the second management division.

Certainly, there are workplaces that are difficult to improve, but I would like to consider measures with protective equipment as emergency measures until improvements progress, and I would like to make suggestions so that improvements can be made as much as possible.
